The Top Hat Man

The over all experience might not be that creepy, but it sure scared the fuck out of my child self. Yup. This story is real.

(english is not my first language so please pardon my grammar.)

The thing happened back when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I have this habit of going to school too early so basically, when I get to school, my classmates are not there yet and there’s only me and the guard (of the building I am in) or sometimes the janitors are there, making some last-minute cleaning of some sort.

The Grim’s Growl

This one is kind of not really all that scary, but that might just be because I grew up with this stuff, I’m not all that scared of it.

Pacing Apparition

So I have a story, and I would really love your input, because we cannot figure out what this could be. On Wednesday night my friend was sitting in his room at our dorm looking out the window. Our dorm faces another dorm so we can see into their windows and they can see into ours. There is a window in the other dorm where the stairwell is. The stairwell is a very small area, and we are not even sure that there is a floor right under the window(if that makes sense). He saw a figure that he claimed was not human that appeared to be pacing back and forth.

The Gin

Alright. Personally, I enjoy watching horror movies and thinking about the paranormal, especially when things play tricks on your mind.

But I was smart enough to know that such things couldn’t exist. I knew that a doll wouldn’t come to life to stab me or that a werewolf would come on the full moon and bite me. I had my doubts with those things, but when it came to spiritual contact I didn’t doubt at all.

When my mom first moved into our last house she said that she’d see a little boy. The boy would always say the same thing. “Mommy, help me.” She told me that every time she’d see the boy the next day someone would be ill, something would go wrong, ect

The Knock

So recently my mother and I moved into a three bedroom house, a cute little thing in a nice and neat subdivision. The only thing I didn’t like was the house next to us, from the get go it just seemed off, y’know? I just chalked it up to the people living there not taking care of it. Anywho. We moved in and about a month or two later the people living there moved out, and the funny thing was that they only lived there for three months. Odd. I asked my other neighbor about it and she said no one would live in the house for more than six months.

Moving Bookshelf

When I was 17, my sister and I loved to mess with our Ouija board almost every night. We did it mostly in our living room, but for some reason I did it in my room. Well, one night (probably a week after we did it in my room), I was sitting alone in my room with the door shut at my desk. All of a sudden, my bookshelf next to my desk moved a good six inches away from my wall. The bookshelf is also very, very heavy, and it requires at least two people to move it.  It scared the everlasting crap out of me! I ran out of my room and slept with my parents. Ever since, I’ve felt very uncomfortable keeping my door shut while I’m alone.

Unknown Figure

I had fallen asleep in our living room one night while watching television. i remember waking up, but hardly being able to open my eyes and i couldn’t move. i tried talking but i wasn’t capable of that either. i kept looking around, and in the start of my hallway, i saw a dark figure. i thought it was my grandfather, so i tried calling out to it, but all that would come out were mumbles. so i just decided to shut my eyes and go back to sleep. when i woke up the next morning, everything was back to normal. i’ve talked to several people about this and my aunt that lives with me says it’s happened to her too. i’ve also heard a lot of stories similar to mine. for me, it was more creepy than scary.

Hi! I just found your blog and I can’t stop reading. I decided I would share my personal experiences, but I would prefer to be anonymous, if you don’t mind.

It started maybe four or so months ago. It was a normal night, I just took a shower and went to bed at around 9:30. I share a room with my older sister, and our beds are across the room from each other. Anyways, we went to bed like normal and everything was fine for a while.
