▶ Strange “Troll” Creature Photographed in Rural Pennsylvania

Something weird is lurking in the snowy forests of Pennsylvania, and one woman claims to have captured evidence of it on camera.

A woman named Polly took to Facebook a few days ago in order to post this photograph of a “sasquatch” that was snapped on her friend’s rural property. Like all great images of mystery creatures, the digital zoom has been clearly cranked to a max, making any kind of fine detail next to impossible to define, but it appears to show a gangly, crouched creature moving on all fours. Polly told Facebookers that the creature didn’t fear humans and moved like a juvenile primate:

A friend of mine lives in Pennsylvania and saw this as she called her dogs in. She was scared, because it didnt run off. She has 2 big black Chows. We think she saw a baby sasquatch. And that is what she thinks also, because she has never seen anything like this. She knows what a bear looks like, and she said it looked like a little gorilla. – Polly

▶ Do Giant Cookiecutter Sharks Exist?

There are two known species of cookiecutter sharks: the cookiecutter shark (Isistius brasiliensis) and the largetooth cookiecutter shark (Isistius plutodus). Both are about the same size—reaching lengths of around 50 cm—and both belong to a family of deep water squaloid (Squaliformes—the dogfish sharks) sharks: Dalatiidae (the sleeper sharks belong to this family as well). The two Isistius species are epi- to mesopelagic creatures; it is thought that during the day they remain in the mesopelagic zone (from 200 m to 1000 m below sea level) and then at night they venture nearer to the surface. This behaviour is known as diel (influenced by day-night changes) vertical migration, and many other mesopelagic creatures, from fishes to shrimps, perform this behaviour.

Altamaha-ha

I bet you never knew that Georgia had its own version of the Loch Ness Monster!!! Well, it does. One of the largest rivers in Georgia is the famous Altamaha River in the southeast portion of the state. The river actually empties in to the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Georgia. It is said to be one of the largest river basins in the country, and as such, there are a lot of tributaries to this river. In Montgomery County, the Ocmulgee and the Oconee Rivers come together to form the  Georgia. It is a wonderful sight.

The creature

So, this happened to my dad when he was driving back from a job in North Carolina (he’s a truck driver) While he was driving up he noticed a large dog like animal on his side of the road. He watched it as it jumped to the median and to the other side of the road where there was a large fence. The thing is it stood up on its hind legs and looked back at my dad. The creature stood around 6 or 7 feet tall. Anyways, the creature looked away after awhile and jumped across the fence and disappeared.

My Brothers Jersey Devil Sighting 

My brother says he saw the Jersey Devil in the ’80s or ’90s. We are from New Jersey. He still lives there. He said he and a few friends were driving late at night in Chattsworth. He doesn’t drink either. He said this beast crossed the road about 50-100 yards ahead. He said it looked about as tall as a streetlight. It had a bull’s head, the lower body of the Cyclops (like in the movie Seventh Voyage of Sinbad). It was all black, but he couldn’t tell if it had wings. He couldn’t see the arms either. It walked like the Cyclops.
