In my town of Winchester we have alot of ghost stories, as it is a very old city, but one in particular always freaks me out. We have a Haunted Tavern called the Hyde Tavern. It was said that many years ago a woman was denid access into it during a cold night, and she froze to death outside. Now people who stay there overnight will often wake to freezing, clamy temperatures and find their bed-sheets having been, or being pulled from the bed, tied up and dumped on the floor.
