This story is not scary at all but a little weird, I guess. It’s a litlle long but I thought it would be nice to share it.
When I was around 5 years old I lived in a house with my parents and my older sister. My sister and me shared one room but my parents decided my sister was old enough to have her own room, so they enlarged the house, building a second floor. While all the construction was taking place, we temporarily moved to another house, which was also a two story house. I remember this house being really dark, maybe the location wasn’t helpful for the sunlight to go through the windows, and there also was a tree just outside the house, it was pretty big and something just felt weird about it. When we got to the house I chose the room in the second floor, facing the street. I believe it was one of the darkest rooms because the big tree covered all the window in the room. My sister picked the room next to it and my parents slept in the first floor room. I was much of a loner that time so I would spend the afternoons playing alone in my room.
One day my mom was alone in the house and she said she felt this presence inside the house, following her wherever she went; after a few days dishes would randomly fall and doors would slam by themselves, she never told me or my sister, not wanting to scare us and my dad being skeptic, she wouldn’t even bother. One day my sister was alone, too, with one of her friends from school and the friend asked “is someone else in your house?” my sister replied with a no, her friend told her she felt this presence and my sister quickly held her hands and telling her “You feel it too? I thought I was th only one” and they ran outside the house. A few months later, we moved back to our original house; one day my mom and sister were alone and they felt this presence around them again. My mom told my sister “you know, back there, I didn’t want to scare you so I never told you but I feel like there’s someone else with us, I think it’s a little kid” and my sister told her she also felt it and they shared their stories about how doors would randomly close by themselves, a few noises, etc.
After sharing all that with each other, this presence disappeared. 11 years later, I was 16, they told me this story and then I remembered, there was this little kid in the house and I used to play with him, thinking he was a neighbor. I still can’t remember his facial features but I believe he was around my age, with dark brown hair. I told this to them and the three of us freaked out cause all that time I was playing with a ghost; we came to the conclusion that he lived in that tree outside my window.
Fuck Yeah Nightmares Answered: Strange! 8/10 for scares and thanks for sharing.
