Clown Dolls
When I was younger, we used to have these clown dolls around that sat on metal circles, kind of like a swingset, which were supposed to hang on walls and the like. I don’t know where they came from, but they were handmade from yarn, styrofoam and plastic, with felt for their little top hats. They had smiles similar to comedy masks.

Is that you Sister?
When I was younger i shared a room with my sister.
Sometimes I would hear knocks on the walls and whispers, and occasionally someone would grab my foot lightly, and I would always ask my sister is it was her, and she’d say yes, but I brought it up after we got a new room, and she confessed that it was never her, and she didn’t know what any of that was all about, but she would always lie so I wouldn’t get scared, and would just silently lay across from me in terror.

Missing Dog
I don’t know how scary this is, but it’s a true story that happened to my dad when he was young and I found it a bit creepy, especially since he seemed pretty reluctant to talk about it.

Edinburgh Castle is reputed to be one of the most haunted spots in Scotland. And Edinburgh itself has been called the most haunted city in all of Europe. On various occasions, visitors to the castle have reported a phantom piper, a headless drummer, the spirits of French prisoners from the Seven Years War and colonial prisoners from the American Revolutionary War - even the ghost of a dog wandering in the grounds’ dog cemetery.
The castle (you can get a tour here) standing magnificently between sea and hills, is a historical fortress, parts of which are more than 900 years old. The cells of its ancient dungeon, the site of uncounted deaths, could very well be an eternal place of unrest for numerous spirits. Other areas of Edinburgh also have ghostly reputations: the subterranean vaults of South Bridge and a disused street called Mary Kings Close where victims of the Black Death plague were sealed up to die.
why thank you

The Laugh
So a few nights ago I was gonna sneak out with my sister and get some food, around 12 or 1 in the morning. We were walking out to the car, and we heard a loud, cackling women. She would laugh for 5 seconds then stop, wait about a minute, and do it again. Our nearest house is like 15 minutes away, and we don’t live by any main roads, or roads that people usually walk on. Anyways, it creeped me out badly and i just went back inside and locked everything.

shojoterrorist replied to your post: i find it really funny how people send anon hate…
I think your theme is really cool and it’s great that more people can read it now. Like you said, it’s the stories not the theme that matters!
yes true
i got a lot of anon hate today like maybe 20 anons attacking me saying ‘its not scary anymore because its just black and white’
its really sad to see people just need a creepy dark background to help them read a story
i think some of these people have never read a book in their life
